Hall design – industrial hall design (metallic halls, concrete steel halls and mixed halls)

The company S.C. "L I L Structural Design" S.R.L. has directly insured the design of the resistance structures, but also of the secondary structures, for the following types of halls:

• industrial halls;
• non-industrial halls.

• metallic halls;
• concrete steel halls.
  
• production halls;
• storage halls.

• halls with administrative building;
• halls without administrative building.

For the performance of the metallic hall structures, we used in our projects the following section categories:

• europrofiles (HEA, IPE);
• Romanian laminated profiles (laminated profile in "I", "U", "L");
• cold drawn pipes;
• cold welded, thin plate profiles;
• formed sections, performed whether by the use of laminated profiles, or by the use of welded thick plate.

A special category of structures has been represented by the mixed, concrete-steel structures, performed as it follows:

• metallic frames (Euro profiles HEA, IPE);
• metallic beam networks (Euro profiles IPE);
• concrete steel plates, in connection with the metallic beams network through the metallic connectors, (plant welded or “shot” on site) on the upper side of the plates of the beams; most often, for the decrease of the performance time and of the expenses related to the casing, there have been used different types of corrugated plate – as “lost shuttering”.
